Question: Can GCLS process all of our laundry requirements including guest valet?
Answer: Yes. Our plant is services the hotel industry exclusively. We process linen, terry, robes, garments, table linen, guest valet, and specialty items.

Question: What accounts do you presently service?
Answer: Mississippi—Beau Rivage Resort and Casino, Isle of Capri Resort and Casino, and
Hard Rock Resort and Casino. Alabama—Grand Marriott Point Clear, Riverview Hotel, and Battlehouse Hotel. New Orleans—Harrah’s, "W" Hotel, "W" French Quarter, Westin, and
JW Marriott.

Question: What is the turnaround time for our linen and garment items?
Answer: 24 Hours. We provide daily service 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year to all of our customers.

Question: What is the total inventory requirement for using your service?
Answer: A minimum four par total inventory will be necessary.

Question: How will our merchandise be kept separate from other accounts?
Answer: Each of our accounts have different specifications for their merchandise. We process each hotel as a separate batch each day.

Question: Does GCLS have a Quality Assurance program in effect?
Answer: Yes. We take samplings of our production at various times throughout the day. Using a "point" system to score defects, we identify problem areas and determine actions required to correct unacceptable defects.

Question: Will GCLS help us manage our inventory?
Answer: Yes. We will coordinate the preparation of your annual merchandise replacement budget as well as supervising the monthly physical inventory. Monthly merchandise insertions to maintain adequate inventory levels can also be supervised through GCLS.

Question: How long has GCLS been in operation?
Answer: We began service in February, 1998.

Question: How much will the service cost?
Answer: Actual cost will be determined based on a number of factors. The size of property, merchandise specifications, and daily usage are the major considerations that will determine total laundry cost.

Question: Does GCLS require a written service agreement?
Answer: Yes. The agreement spells out the terms of our service. Each agreement is tailored to the individual requirements of our customers.

Question: Does GCLS have a plan for handling major breakdowns, hurricanes, etc.
Answer: Yes. We have reciprocal processing agreements with other laundry plants to handle our work in the event of a major breakdown. Our plant has a "standby" boiler to assure a continuous supply of steam at all times. We have a written "hurricane plan" that is revised annually and available to all customers.
